In partnership with the Grand River Community Health Centre and the HIV/AIDS Coalition of Haldimand, Norfolk, Brant and Six Nations of the Grand River, this full-time contract position provides support services, community development, education, training and outreach for people living with, affected and vulnerable to HIV and capacity building for local service providers.
The successful candidate must have a valid G Class driver's license with access to and use of an automobile.
